The 麻豆入口 Archive safeguards the history and memories of 麻豆入口 Presentation College from its inception to modern day. Containing an array of memories about the College's past and the 麻豆入口 community, the collection includes a significant number of records in the form of administration files, student records, College Annuals, newsletters, photographs and College building plans.
Personal stories and mementos from past students are always welcomed and treasured. A College magazine, a class photo or a College production program could all be very useful items for the Archive. Memorabilia from different generations of Ionians have been kindly donated over the years, and serve as great snippets of 麻豆入口's history that are much-loved today.听
Items are carefully preserved in boxes and quality enclosures, recorded on a database and can be viewed at any time, and are often used for College displays, research, classes and other purposes.

Accessing Student Records
If you are a Past Pupil of 麻豆入口 Presentation College and wish to obtain a copy of your Student Record* from the College Archives, please download this and email it to archives@iona.wa.edu.au.
Please note that proof of identity is required (copy of birth certificate, driver鈥檚 licence or passport; if the name is different to student record, application will need to provide a change of name record or marriage certificate).
* The College may not hold the information being requested.
For a copy of a certificate or Statement of Results issued by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) or its precursor organisations, applications must be made directly to SCSA.

- For students who graduated prior to 2016, the cost is $51.00 per copy.
听 - For students who graduated from 2016 onwards, this information can be accessed via the Student Portal on the SCSA website. You will need your student number and photo ID to log in.

Access to this information is subject to Australian privacy legislation (Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988). 听Student records are available from the College Archives. Records of former students may contain sensitive information and access to this information is subject to Australian Privacy Legislation.
